(I don’t do exercises a lot, but I do some. However, I go for 2-3 hour walks. They make my body sing!)

Good on you! Snakes get an undeserved bad rap, and I think it goes back to that wacky story in Genesis! Very unfair. 🙂

I read once that if you want to learn about the religious practices of the past, look into our current taboos. So, traditionally in ancient times there was the serpent of wisdom, yet the snake that offers the apple of knowledge is now vilified along with the female of a matriarchal past.
