Sumi Dancing Curvilinears

Do you want to dance?

We have all kinds here at the Ball.

Step right up and give it a whirl.

The Grande Dame will show you the poise.

While the young are awarely poised.

No need to hurry.

We have plenty of time.

Sumi Time

Introducing the Curvilinears:

bending the lines to suit themselves

You’ll be seeing them around, because that’s all I really do these days

Yes, just playing with bending the lines…

My Snake Year in Review

Wishing Well Graces and Glimmer

Mother Bear’s Home and Gateway

Lion’s Gate, Dissolution, and Wormhole

Couples, The Horror, and Who Calls? Who Answers?

Portrait of a Wistful Being

Now What?

Morning Pi and Son of Mama Bear

Water Gate and Approaching the Unexpected

Blue Gate, Shine, and Testing the Cosmos

Except for the painting Shine (which just needed to be here), these are some of my experiments with the Year of the Snake in 2025,

Wishing everyone the relief of shedding the unnecessary and leaping into the New Year of the Fire Horse.

My Snake Year

February 2025: in denial

March 2025: pain overcomes denial

May 2025: surgically excise the pain

Summer time green healing

Swimming my way to health

Rising strength seeks

New Year of the Fire Horse

Curious how shedding of pain

Leads to galloping
