February 2025: in denial
March 2025: pain overcomes denial
May 2025: surgically excise the pain
Summer time green healing
Swimming my way to health
Rising strength seeks
New Year of the Fire Horse
Curious how shedding of pain
Leads to galloping

Wonderful painting. I love snakes, but the year of the snake was trouble for some. You and my wife both. “Hi-ho, Silver! Away!”

Thank you, Timothy. I hope your wife is coming out of this year on the upside. Saddle up!

Wow! An interesting development! I had minor surgery this past summer, too. Still healing. But sounds like you are doing well.

I’ve fallen in love with exercise. Who knew it could make one feel better?! I hope you are healing well.

Yes, exercise is a tremendous boon if you are well enough to do it. Glad you found it to be so helpful!

This is gorgeous Cheyenne! LOVE! Fabulous.
(I don’t do exercises a lot, but I do some. However, I go for 2-3 hour walks. They make my body sing!)

Thank you, Resa! Hmm, don’t want to take the fun out of your walks, but around here we call that exercising… LOL!

Haha! Well, my walks are fun, because I find art. Exercise… okay, but I’ll pretend I didn’t hear that. 🙉😹
